1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software, services, and products provided by Moving Connect Pty Ltd . ("Moving Connect", "we", "us", "our"). Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. Your use of our services confirms that you meet this requirement.
3. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our software and services. This license is solely for the purpose of using and benefiting from the services provided by Moving Connect in the manner allowed by these Terms.
Any use of the services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes, but is not limited to, actions to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the services or any related technology, or any part thereof;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the services, or violate the regulations, policies, or procedures of such networks;
- Compete with, or create services, products, or content that is substantially similar to the services offered by Moving Connect without our express written consent.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our services. You understand that through your use of the services you consent to the collection and use of this information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the services (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Moving Connect and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms, which will always be on our site, will govern our relationship with you.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your right to use our services at any time for any or no reason by providing you with written or email notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be finally settled under the Rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
