Moving Software is an Australian‑owned, web‑hosted platform built specifically for removalist businesses. The software is developed by Moving Connect Pty Ltd, a Queensland based technology group. Our lead developer, Mark Edwards, is a veteran of the Sunshine Coast tech scene. Mark founded the digital‑marketing agency iEnhance in 2008 and has spent more than a decade helping businesses succeed online by building “practical, not just pretty websites” and staying ahead of search engine trends. His experience working with transport and other small businesses across Australia and overseas means he understands the challenges that service based companies face in a digital world

Seeing how labour intensive quoting, booking and scheduling can be for removalists, Mark and his team developed Moving Software to streamline the entire process. Our cloud based application lets you:

About Mark Edwards - Founder

Mark Edwards is the founder and driving force behind Moving Software, combining over two decades of digital strategy experience with more than 15 years of hands-on involvement in the removals industry — all proudly Australian-owned, operated, and supported by a local team.

Building on this foundation, Mark went on to establish a booking agency for removalists — not a brokerage, but a system where removalists set their own prices, and the agency earned a commission on top. The model worked, but after 18 months, Mark realised that his true strength was in technology and data, not managing the daily pressures of people on the move.

Returning to his passion, Mark refocused entirely on developing Moving Software, equipped with a deep understanding of what removalists actually need to operate efficiently and profitably. Through years of direct industry experience, he identified:

• The information removalists require and where it fits best in the workflow
• How strong customer communication drives sales and conversions
• The structure of forms that truly improve quote accuracy and conversion rates
• The real-world demands of on-site inspections and road operations

In 2023, Moving Software was completely rebuilt with the help of programming guru Stephen Neate — blending proven functionality from its original form with the latest digital strategy, automation, and design principles.
